Neurodivergent
Class Descriptions

For Fall 2026, we do not have any Neurodivergent-Focused Classes available.  As a new program, we aim to incorporate these as soon as possible.

These classes will be focused on ADHD/ASD Pods, Sensory Awareness, and Strength-Based Instruction.

​

Our goals are:

• Recognizing and leveraging unique talents and interests of neurodivergent learners fosters motivation and self-esteem.

• Creating sensory-friendly environments and individualized accommodations to address sensory sensitivities and learning needs.

• Getting rid of neurodivergent challenges in normal environments such as lack of awareness, rigid curricula, and insufficient resources for personalized instruction.

• Improving engagement, reducing anxiety, and having greater inclusivity are achieved through strength-based and sensory-aware practices.
