Take your basketball game to the next level! This skills-focused class for students in grades 7–12 is designed to help athletes develop and refine the fundamental techniques needed to become more confident and effective basketball players. Students will work on shooting mechanics, ball handling, passing, footwork, offensive movement, defensive fundamentals, conditioning, and game awareness through drills, skill development exercises, and competitive challenges. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique, consistency, teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual growth. Whether students are new to the game or looking to improve their performance for competitive play, this class provides a supportive environment to build skills, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for the sport.
Calisthenics, Strength & Flexibility

This semester-long class helps children and teens build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through calisthenics and functional movement. Students will learn the study of bodyweight exercises (calisthenics), Progressively gaining flexibility, mobility, balance, and muscle while developing healthy movement habits in a fun and encouraging environment.
This course is ideal for students who:
•need more physical activity
•want to improve their flexibility & endurance
•simply enjoy movement
•It is also an excellent supplement for athletes/dancers, helping improve core strength, mobility, body control, endurance, and injury prevention for better performance in any sport.

Bridget Sutton is an active mom of 3 boys, was a competitive dancer for 15 years, played volleyball, soccer, kickboxing, jiujitsu, ran track, and weightlifter. She currently enjoys the challenge of hot Pilates and likes to incorporate the fun challenges in this class. She is an advocate for getting back to our ancestral roots of constantly keeping the body moving for health & wellness.
Martial Arts Fundamentals

Build confidence, discipline, and coordination while learning the foundations of martial arts in a fun and encouraging environment. Designed for students in grades 1–4, this class introduces age-appropriate martial arts techniques and principles through structured activities, drills, games, and movement exercises. Students will develop balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, self-control, respect, and perseverance while learning basic stances, movements, and safety skills. Emphasis is placed on character development, self-discipline, goal setting, and respect for others rather than competition. This class provides a positive outlet for physical activity while helping students grow in confidence, body awareness, and personal responsibility both on and off the mat.

Develop strength, discipline, confidence, and practical self-defense skills through the study of martial arts fundamentals. Designed for students in grades 5–12, this class introduces the core principles and techniques found in traditional martial arts while emphasizing personal growth, respect, focus, and self-control. Students will learn foundational stances, strikes, blocks, movement patterns, conditioning exercises, and partner drills in a safe and structured environment. Along the way, they will develop balance, coordination, flexibility, physical fitness, mental resilience, and situational awareness. Emphasis is placed on character development, perseverance, leadership, and responsible use of skills rather than competition. Whether students are new to martial arts or looking to strengthen their athletic abilities, this class provides a valuable foundation for lifelong fitness, confidence, and personal development.
Revelation Fitness

Strengthen your body, renew your mind, and deepen your connection with God through movement. Inspired by the principles of Revelation Wellness®, this class combines faith, fitness, and whole-person wellness in an encouraging and uplifting environment.
Students will participate in age-appropriate movement experiences that may include choreographed fitness, strength and mobility exercises, balance and coordination activities, games, circuit-style workouts, and movement challenges. Along the way, students will learn practical wellness principles while developing confidence, resilience, self-discipline, and healthy lifelong habits.
More than just exercise, this class encourages students to view their bodies as a gift from God and to cultivate a healthy, grace-filled relationship with movement. Each class will include opportunities for reflection, Scripture-based encouragement, and simple mind-body-spirit practices designed to help students connect with God, themselves, and others.
This class is designed to help students grow stronger physically, emotionally, and spiritually while learning to care for their bodies in ways that support the unique purpose God has for their lives.

Move, play, and grow through fitness that is fun, encouraging, and purpose-filled. RevKids is a faith-based movement class designed to help students develop healthy habits, build confidence, connect with God and others, and discover the joy of movement in a positive and uplifting environment.
Through games, movement activities, strength and coordination exercises, flexibility training, and age-appropriate fitness challenges, students will improve physical fitness while learning the importance of caring for the bodies God has given them. Emphasis is placed on participation, perseverance, teamwork, and developing a healthy relationship with movement rather than competition or performance.
RevKids encourages students to discover the joy of movement, grow in confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits while learning that their bodies are a gift from God. Through movement, reflection, and community, students will be encouraged to honor God, care for themselves, and support one another in a fun and welcoming environment.

Jump, roll, balance, and play! This energetic class for students in grades 1–4 combines basic tumbling skills with active games and movement-based activities designed to build confidence, coordination, and fitness. Students will learn age-appropriate tumbling fundamentals such as rolls, balances, flexibility exercises, body control, and introductory gymnastics-style movements in a safe and encouraging environment. Class time will also include a variety of fun group games that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, listening skills, and physical activity. Whether students are new to tumbling or simply love to move, this class provides an exciting opportunity to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while having fun with friends.
